This policy covers the website fiveaboard.com (the "Site") and the "Five Aboard Uploader" application (the "App"), both operated by Five Aboard (the Hall family, USA).
The website
The Site is a static website. It has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and we do not collect personal information through it. The embedded YouTube video uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); if you play it, YouTube's own privacy policy applies. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.
The Five Aboard Uploader app
The App is a private tool used only by the Five Aboard channel owner to manage the owner's own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public.
- What it accesses: through Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API, the App accesses only the Five Aboard YouTube channel owned by us, to upload videos and manage their titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, schedules and comments.
- Storage: OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored privately on systems controlled by the owner and are used only to perform those actions. They are never published or shared.
- Sharing: we do not sell, rent, share or transfer Google user data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.
- Revoking access: access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On request we delete stored tokens.
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of YouTube data is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Children
The Site and App are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
