Affiliate & Sponsorship Disclosure
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Five Aboard is a family travel channel. We share what our real trips cost. To support the channel, some links on fiveaboard.com, in our YouTube descriptions and comments, and in our TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest profiles may be affiliate links.
What that means
- If you click an affiliate link and book or buy something, Five Aboard may earn a commission. It costs you nothing extra.
- We only link to things we've used or would use on our own family trips.
- Commissions never change the prices we report. The trip costs in our videos are what our family actually paid.
- Links that earn us a commission are marked as affiliate links where they appear.
Sponsorships and free products
If a brand pays us or gives us something for free, we'll say so clearly in the video and use the platform's paid-partnership label (for example YouTube's "Includes paid promotion" and Instagram's "Paid partnership").
Programs
We may take part in travel affiliate programs, such as tour, hotel, rental-car and eSIM partners. If we join the Amazon Associates program, this applies: As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. We'll keep this page up to date as programs change.
This disclosure follows the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255).
